The location right on the beach was a dream come true. I loved being able to hear the ocean from my room, and the views from the balcony were fantastic. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The restaurant on site was also a highlight, with delicious dishes like the Belizean paella. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that I would highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, and the staff, especially the concierge, are very friendly, and the on-site restaurant Love on the Rocks was a great bonus, we had dinner there.

The hotel has a good location and is perfect for adventure-loving families. the hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet, but the breakfast menu could use some improvement. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the excursions are well-organized and memorable.
The hotel menu is limited for those with food restrictions.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with a safe and sandy beach and lovely warm water. The hotel grounds were well kept with a clean pool. We had a comfortable and clean room with daily cleaning service. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and friendly - they even helped us plan our excursions. We loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. we had a great experience with this hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great location for excursions and adventures. The room was very comfortable, clean, with good air conditioning and nice views. They offer free paddle boards and kayaks for the guests. they serve delicious food at the restaurant.
The mosquitoes were a nuisance during our stay. The staff could have been more proactive in preventing this issue or providing more protection against mosquitoes.

The hotel room had air conditioning and a TV which were clean. the staff was friendly and helped us plan our activities. We also enjoyed the beautiful dock where we could sit and enjoy the view.
The free WIFI didn't work most of the time. the bikes were not in good condition and some of the amenities were broken, making it difficult to enjoy them.
